This half-day course introduces the concepts and requirements of the Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule (40 CFR Part 112). It can act as your required annual SPCC training and is also a great introduction for new oil-handling personnel. The material focuses on industrial, commercial, agricultural, and public facilities using or storing oil and covers essential topics such as: rule applicability, general rule requirements, prevention measures, secondary containment, inspection procedures, spill response, and notification.
